DAY ELEVEN
While the forecast called for an overcast and possibly rainy day, the reality was that the sun was struggling to break out of the overcast skies.
I took advantage of the morning sun to take some photos of Bob's back yard and dock.
Bob has been a wonderful host letting me park my RV in his front yard and come and go as I pleased. I thanked him for his hospitality and hit the road to Peggy's Cove this morning.
One of the most photographed places in Nova Scotia is the lighthouse at Peggy's Cove.
Being lunch time I had to try a Lobster roll.
It was delicious but $20 with no drink was what I call "tourist abuse".
The views were spectacular and everyone was enjoying watching the big waves crashing on the rocks.

I had seen enough of Peggy's Cove so my next destination was Lunenburg only a 20-minute drive down the coast. I found a very nice RV park there and because it was late afternoon I figured I would make myself some dinner and explore the town in the morning.

I LOVE lobster rolls and they are $20 everywhere =)
ReplyDeleteIt was very good Erin but I can buy a whole lobster for less so it seemed a bit steep.
